By registering or using our platform, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below. These terms are designed to ensure a safe, legal, and fair working environment for all users.
Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to FreelancerMarkets (the "Platform"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the FreelancerMarkets website (https://freelancermarkets.com) and services provided by FreelancerMarkets (collectively, the "Services").
By registering an account or using our Services, you ("User") agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
FreelancerMarkets ("we", "us", or "our") is a microjob and freelancing marketplace connecting clients who need tasks done ("Clients") with freelancers who provide services ("Freelancers"). We primarily operate under Asian jurisdiction and many of our users are based in Asia, but our Services are open to users worldwide except where prohibited by law.
Please read these Terms carefully and keep a copy for your records. We also encourage you to review our Privacy Policy (available at https://freelancermarkets.com/privacy-policy) which explains how we securely collect, use, and protect your personal data. Use of the Platform indicates your consent to our Privacy Policy as well.

By using FreelancerMarkets, you acknowledge that you are at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your country) and legally capable of entering into contracts. If you are using the Services on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. In such case, "you" refers to both you as an individual and the organization.
We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify users through the Platform or via email. However, it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
1. Account Use
- You must be 18+ or of legal age in your country.
- Provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
- Use only one account per person or company unless approved by us.
- Keep your login credentials confidential.
We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that break these rules to prevent fraud or abuse.
2. Allowed & Prohibited Work
✅ Allowed: Freelance Offers, Simple tasks, Survey Task.
❌ Prohibited: Phishing, scams, fake jobs, illegal work, spam, harassment, or bypassing payments.
Violating this section will result in account suspension or permanent ban without notice or refund.
3. Payments & Withdrawals
We support multiple payment methods, including:

FreelancerMarkets charges a small commission per transaction. Our job posting fee is 7%, and there is a $0.05 charge for every 100 screenshots. Screenshot fees and job post fees are non-refundable once the job is approved.
All transactions are encrypted and handled via secure gateways to ensure trust and security for both clients and freelancers.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refunds are allowed for unused balances or undelivered work.
Approved and completed jobs are non-refundable.
Refunds are processed via the original payment method when possible.
A fee of 0.0005 applies to each screenshot (job postings, worker increases, pinned job updates, etc.). This fee is non-refundable.
Refunds are reviewed fairly to protect both clients and freelancers.
5. Dispute Resolution
Users should first attempt to resolve issues directly.
If unresolved, contact our 24/7 support team.
Our team will review and make a fair decision based on evidence.
This ensures fairness and helps maintain a safe, trustworthy marketplace.
6. Content & Ownership
Freelancers own their work until payment is made.
Clients receive full rights after payment.
FreelancerMarkets may display limited content (e.g., portfolios) for platform use.
This protects the rights of both freelancers and clients while promoting transparency.
7. Account Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or permanently ban accounts for:
Violating these Terms
Fraud or harmful activity
Abuse, repeated disputes, or misuse of the platform
Violations can result in permanent account termination and loss of access.
8. Privacy & Security
User data is protected and never sold.
All transactions are encrypted and secured.
We follow international data security standards.
Your personal and financial information is safe with us and never shared without your permission.
